Suggestions, please

Triptych
24 x 48
This piece will be shown at the Fall Gallery Night show at Galerie Kornye West in Ft. Worth next month. Usually, I get an idea for a painting and the title is part of that idea. Or, the title comes to me while I am painting it. Maybe its because I have a studio full of pieces that I am trying to finish for upcoming shows, but I can't seem to conjure up a title for this one. Suggestions, please?

It's so lovely. First thought I had before I read your post was 'The Dawning'. Not very creative but that's what it said to me.......

Lovely painting, Deborah!

How about 'Last Gleam' or 'Final Glimmer' or 'Sun's Last Spark'... or a variation thereon.

Hopefully you haven't used these titles yet, but here goes....

"Quiet Passings"
"Passing Stand"
"Evening Contemplations"

"Follow Me Home"

Even though I've got two degrees in English Lit, I have a hard time coming up with titles!

it is a beautiful set of paitnignsand beautiful scene. i wish i could make a suggestion but i guess my own paintings develop a title while i am working on them or sometimes the title i come up with is so arcane it is better to go for a simple matter of fact title. i do like the idea of 'yonder' but it's your baby:) r.

Glad it I could help you out. :)
At one of my open studio events, I asked people to enter ideas for an untitled piece and at the same time helped my mailing list! The selected title received a prize from my studio! And it proved to be a great way to brainstorm when my ideas ran low for any additional title "blocks". The other titles that others suggested (above) could someday fit another one of your beauties.

You might have to post a voting script like Terry did on his site. There are a lot of good names here :)
Nice painting, Deborah.
